Before purchasing, we encourage you to use our free options to evaluate the service:

• Free tier: 25 pages per month with full functionality
• Sample outputs: Review example conversions on our website

General Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our service and the availability of free evaluation options, refunds are generally not provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with results that could have been evaluated via free tier
• Unused credits or subscription time
• Change of mind or business requirements
• Account cancellation or deletion

When We May Provide Refunds:

At our sole discretion, we may provide full or partial refunds in cases of:

• Documented technical issues on our end that prevented service usage
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service outages lasting more than 48 hours during your billing period
• Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Credit Packages:

All credit packages are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used. We do not offer refunds for unused credits.

Subscription Plans:

Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any previous payments.

Termination for Cause:

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and refuse any refund if we determine that you have:

• Violated our Terms of Service
• Engaged in fraudulent activity
• Abused our service or attempted to circumvent usage limits
• Used the service for illegal purposes
• Uploaded documents that you do not have the legal right to process

Annual Plans:

For annual plans that are billed monthly, there is a 12-month commitment required. Early cancellation does not release you from the obligation to pay for the remainder of the 12-month term.
